It can also be used as a heavy-duty patch and repair tape and as a strapping tape for subsea pipe-in-pipe insulation. When a specification allows for “or equivalent” products, or where  Ideal  Seal 777 is already specified, Ideal Shield Jacketing is both the equivaltent  and replacement.  Ideal Shield is also available in Embossed White and Gloss White.
