Description
Roxul ProRox PS 960 industrial mineral wool pipe insulation is designed for moisture intense applications, such as steam and process pipe systems operating at temperatures up to 1200°F (650°C), where energy conservation, personnel protection and fire control are concerns. Roxul pipe insulation is highly durable and the sections are supplied split and hinged for easy snap-on assembly. Highly recommended for thermal and acoustic insulation of high temperature industrial pipe work subject to mechanical loads. For industrial pipe work up to 36″ in diameter.Properties:
- Fire resistant; non-combustible, with melting point of approx. 2150°F (1177°C).
- Water and moisture resistant; impregnated with high-water repellent characteristics
